With over two decades of hands-on experience, Ken has developed a deep understanding of IT systems and network infrastructure.
Ken holds a BA in Systems Administration and is certified with both Cisco’s CCNA and Microsoft’s MCSE, specializing in Messaging. His extensive knowledge and expertise have been key in his journey through the evolving landscape of IT.
